Welcome to Soleil du Matin, a house built by Mrs. Fréger in the 1970-1880 on a land donated by her father, back in 1859.
This bourgeois home is built of stones and flint and is currently available for luxury vacation rentals. The house has just been entirely restored in a late XIXth century sprit with early XXIst century facilities. Idealy located at the feet of the famous cliffs of Etretat and by the golf course, within 3 minutes from the beach and right in the center of town, Soleil du Matin faces the Hotel d’Angleterre, built at the same period.
This seasonal rental home is available on a week end, a mid-week basis or during full holidays and allows visitors to enjoy the Normandie region, only 2 hours away from Paris.

The 150 m2 house offers 8 main rooms. On the ground floor : a double living room with cable TV, Wave Music Bose and a piano, a dining room, a fully equiped kitchen and a laundry room with WC.
On the first floor : a master bedroom with shower and sink en-suite, a second bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the second floor : two bedrooms, a sitting room with TV and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Soleil du Matin is a holiday rental home with central gas heating ; the boiler is new and ecologicaly friendly. It offers a front garden sheltered from the wind with a set of outdoor furniture.
